Welcome!  My name is Andria Collins, I am a Utah & Colorado Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.  I began my training in the Vail Valley in Colorado where I worked for The Eagle County Assessor for nearly 6 years.  It is there that I learned to appraise a large variety of property including high end residential homes, condominiums and vacant land.  I moved to the Moab area in 2006 and began my independent appraisal business in November.  I love the area and have found many challenges in appraising properties in Moab & most importantly met some incredible people.  I most recently changed my business name from Collins Valuation to Canyon Country Appraisal Services due to changes and expansion of my business. 

Caleb Dooley is a Utah State Licensed Appraiser and is a native of Moab.  He has worked tirelessly to obtain his appraiser license in the State of Utah.  Caleb is a very thorough & fair appraiser who has trained for over three years with certified residential appraisers in the area.  He has worked for Collins Valuation/Canyon Country Appraisal Services for nearly two years.  He has training in several areas of construction and is proficient in analysis of sales & data to determine the most appropriate property value in his appraisals.
